KCT-1245WZ Camless CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine is composed by Taiwan computer system and Japan servo motor special designed with no rocker arm and camless, the slide base is separately controlled by eight servo motor, feeding axis, quill rotation axis, wire rotating axis and spinner axis. The machine optional with device of servo scissors, servo spinners, and servo cutters, with low noise.The damage is zero on mandrel and machine.

KCT-1020WZ 10 Axis Camless CNC Universal Spring Forming Machine which is upgraded to camless machine basing on our traditional 3 axis KCT-20B cam eight claw machine.The wire size range is 0.2-2.0mm, suitable for the production of a variety of precision pressure spring, pull spring, torsion spring, scroll spring, tower spring, flat spring, shaped spring and line forming products, widely used in electronics, toys, office consumables, medical equipment, daily fixture, automative, national defense and aerospace industries.Compared with the traditonal cam spring machine, the operation difficult is reduced, and the adjustment speed is increased by more than 50%, which greatly improves the work efficiency.

A4: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30-40 working days after receiving deposit.But it all depends on machine models you place the order. Some of them could be shipped within 7 working days if we have that machine available in our warehouse.
