Structural principle:
The valve body is divided into three parts along the section perpendicular to the axis of the valve channel in the two seat parts. The whole valve is symmetrical along the central axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used in the pipeline to cut off, distribute and change the direction of the flow of the medium. Its large pivot structure ensures the accurate center position of the ball under high pressure to ensure the good operating performance of the valve; The standard valve seat adopts spring structure to push the valve seat to the ball to ensure good import and export two-way sealing performance; The use of its own discharge valve, the body cavity can be discharged outward; The pivot adopts explosion-proof protection structure to effectively prevent leakage; Low friction coefficient of the bearing, so that the torque is reduced to the smallest, easy to open and close the valve; The effective contact between the valve stem and the valve body makes the anti-static grounding device superior in performance.
